Viewpoint Construction Software is currently the number two provider of integrated Construction Enterprise Software solutions to commercial contractors according to the latest CFMA industry survey1.

The sale of Insight Distribution Software to HighJump, Inc. closed January 30, 2009. As part of the divestiture, Coaxis retains key Insight development staff members and executives located at its Portland, Oregon headquarters. These employees will enhance construction-specific product development and management.
Concurrent with the sale, Coaxis announced a realignment of its senior management team to maximize the company’s new structure and focus. Jim Paulson has been named Chief Operating Officer and will oversee day-to-day operations of the Viewpoint organization. Mr. Paulson joined the Coaxis senior management team as Group Vice President in January 2008. Immediately prior to joining Coaxis, Mr. Paulson was General Manager of an operating unit of GE. He will continue to report to Mr. Haladay.
Myrna Hostetler, a 30-year veteran of Viewpoint Construction Software, takes on the role of Chief Administrative Officer, reporting to Mr. Paulson, and will oversee Viewpoint’s administrative and contractual relationships along with customer quality initiatives. Viewpoint’s software development, customer support, professional services and marketing units, operating out of Coaxis’ state-of-the-art Gold LEEDs RiverEast Center in Portland, Oregon, will also report to Mr. Paulson.
