Kansas Well data (additions)

1. Surveyed location calls and polygon references cleaned and reformatted into PLSS syntax
   usable by mapping packages to recalculate 
2. locations from polygon and footage calls from digital land grid
3. Producing/targeted formations broken into individual data columns and aligned with Kansas strat column; well id's presented in multiple formats for flexibility; certain columns cleaned for characters
