The Offsite Construction Expo is Coming to Toronto - Registration Now Open

Offsite Construction Expo (OSCE) is preparing its second digital event of 2020. Aimed at the Toronto region, this digital Expo will showcase the abilities of offsite construction across all markets. With the steady adoption of offsite construction methods across North America, there is simply no greater--and safer--opportunity to reach key partners in the offsite construction industry.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Sept. 24, 2020 — (PRNewswire) —

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Sept. 24, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Registration is now open for the digital Offsite Construction Expo – Toronto.

This digital expo will start on October 21. The Expo will closely follow the format of the previous digital Expo and will feature educational presentations, digital booths from industry exhibitors, and person-to-person communication over video and text chat. This event will continue the Modular Building Institute's sixth year of sponsoring the Offsite Construction Expos.

Attendees and exhibitors alike will benefit from the variety of modular vendors and component suppliers all in one virtual exhibit hall. Past Expo exhibitors have included offsite construction contractors, traditional contractors that have integrated offsite methods, offsite factories, transportation companies, BIM suppliers, materials suppliers, and consultants of all types of offsite construction processes.

"After the success of our last digital Expo, I'm really excited to bring this show to the industry in the Toronto area," said Dave Sikora, OSCE's business development director. "I was really pleased with the turnout at our Expo in September, and this show promises to be even better."

If you are interested in learning about offsite construction in Canada and the northern United States, this Offsite Construction Expo will deliver. The event is only $199 for all attendees.

A full slate of offsite industry veterans will present at the Toronto Expo, including Laurie Robert, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at NRB, Inc., (a Horizon North Company); Andy Berube, Vice President at Stack Modular; and Chris Schmidt, Senior Project Executive at Z Modular. Other presenters include Nick Gomez from Lowney Architecture, Jared Dielwart and Craig Zacharias from Nomodic, and Duncan Bourke and Max Garcia from Element5.

A third Offsite Construction Expo—targeting Washington, DC and the mid-Atlantic region—is planned for November. Each of the Offsite Construction Expos are planned and run by association management company HardimanWilliams, LLC.
