On June 13, 2007, from Dassault Falcon's Little Rock Completion Center, the first Falcon 7X entered service after it was delivered to Mr. Gilbert Chagoury, Founder and Chairman of The Chagoury Group. It arrived at 4:50 AM in Le Bourget Airport in Paris, France yesterday, following a non-stop flight from Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Chagoury was the first order holder for the Falcon 7X (s/n05) when he signed his commitment in November, 2001 and represents the first delivery in a backlog that now stands at over 165 aircraft. The next Falcon 7X (s/n 04) is to be delivered in the coming days to Mr. Serge Dassault and will be on display at the Dassault Aviation static display at the Paris Air Show next week.

Announced at the Paris Air Show in 2001, the Falcon 7X was simultaneously certified by both the EASA and FAA on April 27, 2007. First business jet in the world equipped with a digital flight control system, it features the award-winning EASy Flight Deck and is powered by three Pratt & Whitney Canada PW307A engines. It has a range of 5,950 nm (eight passengers, M.80 with NBAA IFR reserves) which can comfortably connect 95% of the commonly used business aviation city pairs.
