Yamaha Motors & Shonan Unitech (division of Isuzu Motors) Select VX CAD/CAM

-- VX CAD/CAM offers unbeatable price performance --

Melbourne, Florida – July 2, 2008 – VX Corporation, specializing in CAD/CAM for consumer products, molds and machining, announced the selection of VX by prominent global recreational vehicle and automotive manufacturers.

Both Yamaha Motors and Shonan Unitech spent nearly two years testing and analyzing which CAD/CAM systems would best meet their needs for product design, mold design, and machining. Each company independently selected VX CAD/CAM and has purchased an undisclosed number of licenses. “VX’s ability to model complex surfaces with accuracy, with built-in automated mold design and ultra-efficient machining were key factors in the decision to choose VX CAD/CAM,” explained Hiroshi Shimizu of Machineware, Inc., the leading distributor of VX CAD/CAM in the Asian market.

Yamaha Motors and Shonan Unitech invested much effort in this decision because of the long-term implications it would have on each of their companies. Shimizu-san further explained, “Both Yamaha and Shonan Unitech wanted a long-term solution and did not want to be moving to another CAD/CAM system anytime soon. They chose VX because they believe it will meet their current and future needs.”
