Partnership Provides Intelligent Redaction Capabilities to CT Summation's World-Class eDiscovery and Litigation Solutions

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 2 — (PRNewswire) — CT Summation, part of CT, a Wolters Kluwer business, and the premier provider of litigation workflow and eDiscovery solutions, today announced that it has partnered with Informative Graphics Corporation, a developer of viewing, collaboration and redaction tools.  The partnership will integrate the redaction capabilities of Informative Graphics' Brava solution, into CT Summation's iBlaze application - giving legal professionals the only solution on the market that combines world-class electronic document management with powerful redaction capabilities.

For the legal community, government agencies and in-house counsel, there is an ever-present challenge to reduce costs associated with litigation.  A major pain point of the litigation process is manual redaction, where thousands of documents are reviewed by hand.  In fact, redaction can account for up to one-third of all litigation review costs and is a practice that is riddled with mistakes, expensive to execute and leaves organizations open to malpractice.

The integration of Brava into CT Summation's iBlaze and Enterprise products completely revolutionizes the redaction process through automation.  CT Summation customers now have the ability to utilize automated redaction capabilities – greatly enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of document review while reducing costs and increasing effectiveness.

"Giving our customers advanced redaction capabilities – all while continuing to help them control costs and improve effectiveness – is something that no one else does in the market right now," said Tom Rump, general manager, CT Summation.  "This integration is truly innovative.  With a few key strokes, corporations can redact privacy and sensitive information from documents; law firms can streamline their entire review processes, allowing for lawyers to manage more cases effectively; and government agencies can literally change the way they execute mandatory redaction policies."
