Delcam is offering a free HP Z200 workstation to all customers that order more than $10,000 of the company’s software on booth
E-3922 at IMTS. The offer applies across Delcam’s complete range of CAM programs; PowerMILL for high-speed and five-axis machining, FeatureCAM for feature-based production machining, PartMaker for turn-mill equipment and Swiss-type lathes, and ArtCAM for artistic manufacturing applications such as signmaking, woodworking and engraving.

FEATURECAM 2011 LAUNCHED

The 2011 version will be launched of the FeatureCAM feature-based CAM system at IMTS. The new release will incorporate a more modern interface, support for 64-bit computers, improved data exchange from a wider range of design software, and new strategies across the complete program, from turning to five-axis machining.

Delcam will launch the 2011 version of its integrated CAM system for SolidWorks at IMTS. This new release of Delcam for SolidWorks will include comprehensive options for the programming of turning and mill-turn equipment, alongside the company’s industry-leading technology for drilling and two- through five-axis milling.

A new modelling partner product for PartMaker will be shown at IMTS . The new product, called the PowerSHAPE Companion for PartMaker, is based on Delcam’s PowerSHAPE design software, which is already used at thousands of subcontractors and toolmakers around the world alongside PowerMILL.
