Corecon Technologies Releases New Updates for Corecon V7 Construction Software

New user-friendly enhancements to Corecon V7 include a workflow engine for
approving financial transactions, cost tracking for changes, inbound emails
and a unit price contract dashboard

Huntington Beach, Calif., July 31, 2013 - Corecon Technologies
< http://www.corecon.com/>  announces updates to Corecon V7-a web-based
estimating and project management software suite. The new enhancements
provide Corecon V7 subscribers with even more sophisticated tools to
effectively manage their construction projects.

Corecon V7 is a complete construction software suite for general
contractors, builders, developers, engineering and professional service
firms. This project-based solution provides visibility into every facet of a
firm's operations with modules for business development, estimating, bid
management, contract administration, procurement, time tracking, document
control, correspondence and scheduling.

Corecon streamlines project collaboration through Corecon's TeamLink Portal
< http://www.corecon.com/Products/TeamLinkPortal.aspx>  which provides team
members with access to pertinent project information in Corecon V7 on an as
needed basis. In addition, CoreconLink utilities integrates Corecon V7 with
popular productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Intuit QuickBooks,
Sage 50 or SAP Business One.

The new features in Corecon V7 include:

.         Approval Workflow on Financial Transactions

With this update, Corecon V7 subscribers eliminate multiple emails by
relying on a single system to track the approval of financial documents such
as: POs, bills, contracts, change orders and progress Invoices. This
enhancement improves control over project costs by providing a direct means
for approvals and an automated alert notification for documents that are
approved or pending approval.

*        Time Approval Workflow

Time tracking in Corecon allows project managers, financial administrators
and certain users in custom roles to approve work time. With the
introduction of this new feature, users can choose to allow only the direct
managers to approve time for their workers without having to search through
employees they do not manage.

*        Tracking Actual Costs for Change Orders

Corecon V7 users have always had the ability to track, manage and invoice
changes orders. With this latest release, they can also track actual costs
and create reports for change orders to provide more accurate job cost
reporting.

*        Billing Change Orders on Unit Price Contracts and new Unit Price
Dashboard

Corecon V7 supports fixed lump sum, cost plus and unit price contracts. With
this update, change orders can now be billed for unit price contracts in
addition to the original contract items.  A new unit price dashboard has
also been developed to analyze placed quantities, costs and billings giving
project staff complete clarity on project financials.

*        Equipment Timecards

Contractors that track equipment will benefit from this update. Until now,
time entries would be entered individually for each piece of equipment. With
this upgrade, Corecon's new timecard form streamlines the process by
providing the ability to simultaneously enter time for multiple pieces of
equipment.

*        Email Features

Outbound emails from Corecon can now be tracked to determine receipt. The
new email Inbox feature in the Correspondence module provides each user with
a Corecon auto generated email address that will be used on outbound emails.
If the recipient responds by clicking the "Reply" option in their email
client (i.e. Outlook, Gmail etc.) and does not use the Corecon TeamLink
Portal, the email will automatically appear in their Inbox folder.
Correspondence initiated by an external project team member that is sent to
a Corecon email address will also appear in the appropriate user's Corecon
inbox.

"We are constantly looking for new methods to make Corecon V7 a more
comprehensive and efficient solution for managing construction projects,"
says Norman J. Wendl, president of Corecon Technologies, Inc. "The new
Corecon V7 enhancements such as workflow and inbound email will help
construction professionals effectively manage their projects on-time and
on-budget."
