CT Core Technologies, Inc to Showcase 3D_Evolution© at SolidWorks World 2012

CT Core Technologies, Inc., a CAD interoperability frontrunner, today announced that it will demonstrate the latest release of 3D_Evolution at the SolidWorks World 2012 Conference, being held from February 12-15, 2012 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, USA. The 14th annual SolidWorks World Conference brings together designers, engineers, managers, and partners to discuss ideas, trends, and the technology shaping the future of product design. Show attendees will see how 3D_Evolution allows customers to convert data designed in other CAD formats to SolidWorks.

“Often, engineers receive data from their suppliers in various formats.  They need to be able to convert that data into native SolidWorks parts and assemblies, and CT’s 3D_Evolution will help them do just that,” said David Selliman, Vice President of North American Operations. “To take it a step further, the Model Compare module within the software will ensure the geometry is converted properly within the user-defined parameters.  SolidWorks World is the perfect venue to reach out to those struggling with multi-CAD environments,” he concluded.

About CT Core Technologies, Inc.

CT Core Technologies, Inc. is a leading global provider of 3D CAD data conversion software with a mission to optimize MCAD interoperability in the value-added design chain and to develop customized solutions for PLM integration and process automation. Optimizing your data exchange with customers, sub-suppliers and engineering partners with a loss-free conversion and automatic healing of 3D models is our goal. 3D_Evolution® conversion engine supports all primary CAD formats, allowing users to access the data without a CAD license. The software allows the ability to heal surfaces within seconds through new faces, while at the same time correcting edge curves and basic surfaces.  The well-known healing functions for the removal of over-lapping and gaps, as well as the stitching for generation of continuous transitions between faces, have been accelerated through algorithm optimizing.  The software is modular in build and has an easy to use GUI. A scripting language makes all functions also available in batch mode.
