Incident Management version 9.2 features new technologies for situational awareness to make smarter decisions for emergency response. Incident Management 9.2 provides essential communications integration and interoperability tools for meeting the growing needs of today's agencies and the citizens they serve, enabling them to act fast to save lives and property.

Intergraph's expanded incident management solution allows agencies to receive emergency text messages and integrate them into the CAD workflow. Rapid deployment of interfaces simplifies the development process of application interoperability for tasks such as intelligent notifications, allowing agencies to quickly and reliably share critical information, ensuring safe and streamlined mutual aid workflows. With CAD 9.2, Intergraph has implemented support for CAD-to-CAD National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) Information Exchange Package Documentation (IEPD) and enhanced the platform to make it easier to add additional IEPD's.
