AGI Earns Esri Gold Tier Partner Status for Advantageous Combination of Commercial GIS Technologies

EXTON, PA -- (Marketwire) -- Jul 16, 2012 -- Analytical Graphics, Inc. (AGI), the producer of commercial modeling and analysis software for the space, defense and intelligence communities, has been named a "Gold Tier Partner" by Esri, the leading developer of geographic information systems (GIS) software. A longtime Esri partner, AGI earned the upgraded recognition for the increasingly complementary nature of its technology. Most recently, the companies' products have been combined to allow AGI software web services to be hosted within ArcGIS Online. A demonstration of this unique capability will be showcased in AGI booth D127 at the Esri International User Conference in San Diego July 23-27, 2012.

"We're pleased to recognize AGI's new status as an Esri Gold Tier Partner," said Josh Lewis, director, Esri Partner Network. "Our longstanding relationship and combined strengths have resulted in GIS solutions that are helping to solve complex ISR challenges for the intelligence community."

"Esri's ArcGIS platform provides a wealth of capability to AGI's STK platform," says Todd Smith, AGI director of ISR. "With the two products interoperating, ArcGIS users can connect to and leverage AGI's high-fidelity ISR system models and analysis."

Esri's Partner Network is designed to serve the needs of its global partner community. The program provides partners with greater access to detailed product information, development practices and sales and marketing resources. As a Gold Tier Partner, AGI will benefit from a higher amount of collaboration in developing geospatial technology, building successful applications and providing valuable services.
