CMiC v10 Integration with Textura-Construction Payment Management Is Now Available

Latest integration adds functionality for compliance tracking and invoice reversal

CHICAGO, July 31, 2012 — (PRNewswire) — Textura Corporation, the leading provider of collaboration solutions for the construction industry, announced today that enhanced integration is now available between Textura—Construction Payment Management (CPM) and CMiC Open Enterprise v10, CMiC's latest integrated software solution specifically designed to meet the unique business requirements of companies in the construction and capital project space.

Patrick Allin, Textura Chairman and CEO stated, "This new integration allows our clients to keep pace with the latest offering from CMiC. Many of our CMiC clients have either upgraded or plan to upgrade to CMiC v10. This integration supports their transition and delivers major new functionality."

"At the request of our CMiC clients, we are significantly expanding our integration functionality with this release," commented Steve Warshawsky, Textura VP, Integration and Project Management. "We are adding two important new capabilities - compliance tracking and invoice reversal.  These new capabilities offer our CMiC clients who run Open Enterprise v10 state-of-the-art integration."

Compliance tracking allows users to create and track requirements in CMiC, have the requirements and their status automatically communicated to CPM and then, to subcontractors. Invoice reversal allows a project manager to initially approve a subcontractor or supplier invoice but later reject it. If the approved invoice had already been sent from CPM to CMiC, the integration sends a reversing transaction to ensure the systems are fully synchronized.

Allin commented, "A significant part of our value proposition is the seamless operation of our systems with our clients' ERP, accounting, imaging and project management systems. We have over two hundred interfaces with CPM and continue to add new ones as our clients require them."

Gord Rawlins, CMiC President agreed, adding "We are excited to have tightened the integration between Textura—CPM and CMiC Open Enterprise v10. These types of integrations give v10 users the type of flexibility that only furthers v10's reputation as the leading and most open construction ERP solution on the market."
