Kitchen Brains Announces Acquisition of Modularm Corporation

STRATFORD, Conn. -- January 17, 2013 -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Kitchen Brains Today announced that it has acquired the assets of Modularm Corporation, a leading manufacturer of innovative products designed to protect perishables, save energy and increase operator safety. The Modularm brand, like (FAST.) and SCK is synonymous with innovation, superior quality and outstanding customer support, all hallmarks of Kitchen Brains.
