January 30, 2013 -Knoxville, TN - ModernTech, a top Objet Reseller, announced today that due to the recent merger of Stratasys and Objet, the company can now offer an even larger line of professional 3D systems.  As a direct result of the merger, ModernTech has been authorized to expand their product line of 3D Printers and Production products to include Stratasys systems in addition to the existing line of Objet
3D Printers it has been successfully offering for many years.

Stratasys’ Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology allows the user to create 3D models that stand up to real world testing.  With Objet’s inkjet printing technology, the user is able to combine different 3D
printing materials within a single 3D printed model.  Combined, the two technologies span the spectrum of professional 3D printing.
