March 11, 2013 -- Global laser scanning specialist 3D Laser Mapping has expanded its North American Business with the appointment of a Vice President Sales. Based out of the company’s regional headquarters in Denver, Colorado, John Arnold will be responsible for the continued development and roll out of innovative laser scanning solutions including the world’s most accurate vehicle based mobile mapping system StreetMapper, the newly launched hand held system ZEB1 and the company’s range of solutions for the mining sector.

John Arnold joins 3D Laser Mapping from a professional survey company where he held the position of Project Manager. During this time John was responsible for a number of transportation, architecture and historical preservation projects and gained hands on experience with a variety of tools including 3D Laser Mapping’s StreetMapper system. During has extensive career he has worked for a number of organisations in the role of both Surveyor and Project Manager and gained experience in a wide variety of equipment and solutions across many industry sectors.
