SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- Jun 11, 2013 -- Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC), a leader in viewing, collaboration and redaction technology, is releasing Brava !® Enterprise for HP Autonomy WorkSite, which is seamlessly integrated with the iManage WorkSite Web client. Attendees of the HP Discover show in Las Vegas this week can visit booth 4058B to see a preview of the new integration.
In February, IGC released Brava Desktop for HP Autonomy WorkSite, which is tightly integrated with Microsoft Office software and is designed to be used within Outlook on site. The addition of Brava Enterprise provides access to documents even when workers are away from the office, as well as a convenient way to securely share files with external users. With a zero-footprint HTML5 client that runs in any major web browser and is compatible with the Apple® iPad®, Brava Enterprise is very convenient for users and requires no IT effort to deploy.
Both integrations boast the same intuitive interface, with menus broken out by function and tools clearly labeled. Within one easy-to-use interface users can view and annotate documents, drawings and images in practically any format, without needing the native applications. Brava is not simply a file viewer. It includes a full suite of annotation tools and Changemark® notes let users add and reply to comments, keeping an audit trail of the discussion. Its redaction tools completely remove sensitive content (not just hide it). Redactions are finalized to a new PDF file for secure distribution, leaving the original document untouched.
"Brava offers the secure file viewing and broad range of annotation tools that legal and professional service firms require," said IGC President and CEO Gary Heath. "With the release of Brava Enterprise for HP Autonomy WorkSite, we're delighted to extend Brava functionality and ease-of-use to remote WorkSite users."
