ENOIA BV (ENOIA), the engineering subsidiary of Future Group Holdings S.A. SPF (FGH), announced today that it has acquired Babcock Borsig Softech Private Limited (BBSPL), headquartered in Chennai, India. BBSPL is a multidisciplinary design and detailed engineering consultancy company, serving Oil & Gas, Process & Power sectors, Offsites and Utilities, Civil & Structural Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Automotive based projects.
"We are pleased to acquire this solid business with a history of good performance. By combining resources and aligning our business model, this acquisition will allow us to further diversify our services and drive greater growth in our engineering business," said George Paidoussis, ENOIA Managing Director.
BBSPL was founded in 2000 as a 100% Export Oriented Unit and currently employs over 100 engineers. The company is located in Chennai, the strategic business hub of Southern India.
