FormFactor Features Advanced Copper Pillar Probing Solutions for SoC Devices at SEMICON West

LIVERMORE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- Jul 08, 2013 -- At SEMICON West this week FormFactor Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM) will stage a strong presence through executive participation in key forums and sponsorship of select industry initiatives. At each venue, FormFactor will feature its advanced copper pillar probing solutions -- now deployed in volume production by leading semiconductor customers to test 28nm System-on-Chip products.

The anchor event of the week is Test Vision 2020 -- a premier two-day program happening on Wednesday and Thursday at the Marriott Marquis Hotel. Co-sponsored by FormFactor, the venue gathers executives, technologists and researchers throughout the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) ecosystem for discussions on IC wafer test trends and novel new technologies. FormFactor technologists will be present to showcase the company's test solutions.

Also on Wednesday, FormFactor CEO Tom St. Dennis will participate in the Fifth Annual CEO Investor Summit at the W Hotel.

Finally, continuing its tradition of supporting relevant new industry initiatives, FormFactor is a sponsor of the inaugural 3DInCites Awards Breakfast taking place on July 11, 2013 at the Impress Lounge in San Francisco from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Presented by online media resource 3DInCites and TechSearch International, the program recognizes achievements that advance through silicon via (TSV) technologies and related processes in 2.5D and 3D IC applications. FormFactor's NanoPierce™ probe solution was nominated for an award.

Throughout the show, FormFactor executives will be on hand for meetings. To schedule a special briefing, please contact Amy Leong at Email Contact.
