The new department formalizes the company’s go-to-market strategy and streamlines software delivery

The Software Delivery Department will unite those disciplines involved in the testing, packaging and implementation of new releases, allowing software to be delivered more quickly to customers and providing a more consistent experience for customer installations. The new department will assume control of the product as it exits development and be responsible for product quality, documentation, delivery and installation.
