Publisher3D ™2013 adds a new Free Edition and publishes to Share3D ™cloud-based collaboration services

Allen, Texas - October 22, 2013 - Today, QuadriSpace announced the immediate availability of Publisher3D ™ 2013 ( www.quadrispace.com/products/publisher3d), for creating 3D content for multi-purpose distribution.

Publisher3D enables 3D models to be used to create step-by-step instructions, interactive part catalogs and customer-ready content. Creators also benefit from Publisher3D’s support for additional information such as descriptive text, illustrated 3D views, step-by-step procedures, exploded views with balloons and custom parts lists. SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Pro/E, Rhino, Google SketchUp, DWF, STEP, IGES and other exchange formats are supported. The Publisher3D 2013 release supports the most recent CAD program releases and publishes with secure, lightweight 3D models.

The 2013 version of Publisher3D allows users to create advanced 3D content that can be published directly to Share3D. Share3D is QuadriSpace’s new cloud-based distribution and collaboration service with native apps for iPad, iPhone and PC users. With 3D-based content, not simply models, the use of 3D in the cloud extends beyond engineering to downstream uses in manufacturing, marketing, sales and field service. Publisher3D is available in four editions:

Publisher3D™ Free Edition enables the rapid import of 3D CAD and publishing to Share3D. Additionally, the Free Edition can be used to create simple illustrations and an exploded view to organize the 3D information presented.
Publisher3D ™ PDF Edition (formerly Share3D PDF) adds the ability to publish interactive 3D PDF files. This entry-level product is available for sale online at www.quadrispace.com/store.
Publisher3D ™ Standard Edition adds the ability to create step-by-step processes and custom parts lists. Many other 3D tools are also made available with the Standard Edition.
Publisher3D ™ Professional Edition extends the feature set to include time-saving features like Smart Template Technology for automated creation of step-by-step processes from exploded views, update tools for updating your content seamlessly when 3D CAD designs change and configuration tools to more easily managing projects based on large 3D CAD models.

Publisher3D is available as a single-user license or network license (Standard and Professional Only). Licenses can also be purchased on a subscription basis through paid Share3D accounts.
