SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 6, 2014 — (PRNewswire) — The 15th International Symposium on Quality Electronic Design (ISQED), the premier electronic design quality conference, announced its 2014 program consisting of talks by experts that cover multiple topics related to electronic design and semiconductor technology.
