January 30, 2014 - OPEN MIND Technologies USA, Inc. will present hyperMILL® at the DMG Mori Seiki Ellison Technologies event on February 6, to be held at DMG Mori Seiki Tech Center in Cypress, California.
This event is targeted for shops considering to step into 5-axis or multi-axis machining, and will cover topics of reduced set-up times, quality, shortened lead times and more. OPEN MIND Technologies has participated in preparation of two cutting examples, and will be making a presentation to demonstrate the low-risk in moving into 5-axis.
Well-known for high performance five-axis simultaneous machining, hyperMILL solutions for multi-sided 3+2 machining are also attainable both in technology and price. Simple programming solutions, high programming assurance and robust NC postprocessors contribute to these solutions.
Visitors will be able to meet with OPEN MIND staff and view software demonstrations and machining demonstrations driven by hyperMILL. Other event partners include Raptor Workholding solutions and Sandvik Coromant.
