SAN JOSE, Calif.,  - April 30, 2014 – Calypto^® Design Systems, Inc., a leader in low-power solutions and high-level design and verification, today announced that Mark Milligan is joining the executive team at Calypto as vice president of marketing.  Mark joins the company at a pivotal time when Calypto has achieved a 3-year track record in growth and is poised for continued financial success in 2014.

Mark has extensive experience as an executive establishing and growing emerging technologies for both small and large companies in the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and embedded software industries.  His roles included vice president of marketing at startups CoWare and VirtualLogix, and established companies, such as Synopsys, where he was vice president of marketing for the functional verification business unit. Mark was recently vice president of corporate marketing at SpringSoft prior to its acquisition by Synopsys.
