Monolithic Power Systems Announces New Distribution Agreement with Future Electronics

SAN JOSE, Calif., May 5, 2014 — (PRNewswire) —  Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) (Nasdaq: MPWR), a leading fabless manufacturer of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, announced today that MPS has signed a distribution agreement with Future Electronics (Future), a global leading distributor of electronic components, for the promotion and sale of MPS products in the Americas. Future will distribute MPS high-performance power solutions addressing a wide range of analog applications, particularly in lighting and industrial markets.

This distribution agreement allows MPS to leverage Future's extensive field engineering resources and world class physical distribution capabilities. "We are thrilled to partner with Future.
