Mosaik Solutions Unveils Multi-Level Coverage for MapELEMENTS and CoverageRight

ORLANDO, FL -- (Marketwired) -- May 20, 2014 -- Wireless Infrastructure Show Booth #203 -- Mosaik Solutions, the global source for geospatial network intelligence, today announces the availability of Multi-Level Coverage data sets to deliver more granular network coverage for AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon. The new data sets may be licensed via CoverageRight™, Mosaik's GIS-compatible telecom network coverage database, or via MapELEMENTS®, Mosaik's cloud-based interactive mapping platform for geospatial analytics.

"Multi-Level Coverage is another example how Mosaik continues to deliver improvements to our network intelligence database. RF conditions affect mobile devices in different ways; knowing where signal strength is strong, weak, or not available helps operators, MVNOs, M2M solutions providers and public policy groups make better business decisions," said Bryan Darr, president and CEO of Mosaik Solutions.

Multi-Level Coverage displays "good, better, best" coverage levels as positioned by AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon. Groups that prefer to analyze Multi-Level Coverage in their own desktop GIS software can license the data sets via CoverageRight in .tab or .shp format. If GIS resources are not available, customers can analyze the data sets using MapELEMENTS, a hosted lite GIS SaaS that offers Multi-Level Coverage as part of a new comprehensive suite -- Wireless Infrastructure Package -- that is also being released today. Additionally, customers can license the new data sets for geospatial analytics projects.

Multi-Level Coverage is now available for subscription. Current customers and prospects may learn more about it at booth #203 at the Wireless Infrastructure Show and can access an example at http://www.mosaik.com/multi-level-coverage.

In addition to being available for questions about Multi-Level Coverage, Bryan Darr is speaking on a panel discussion at the 2014 Wireless Infrastructure Show titled "Rural Broadband Infrastructure Gaps in the U.S." on Wednesday, May 21st at 2:00 p.m. Darr is a wireless industry thought-leader who founded Mosaik Solutions in 1988 and has committed the company to supporting the wireless industry throughout its existence.
