Si2 Announces Board of Directors for 2014-2015

Annual Open Reception slated for Monday at DAC

AUSTIN, Texas — (BUSINESS WIRE) — May 22, 2014 — The Silicon Integration Initiative (Si2) announced the election of their Board of Directors for the 2014-2015 term, who will be introduced at the Annual Si2 Open Reception to be held at the Moscone Convention Center in Room 300 at 4:30PM on June 2.

The new representatives on Si2's Board are: Cadence Design Systems - Tom Beckley, Sr. Vice President, Custom IC & PCB Group; GLOBALFOUNDRIES - Richard Trihy, Director, Design Methodology; Samsung Electronics - Dr. Jaehong Park, Senior Vice President of Engineering, System LSI Business; and Synopsys - Karen Bartleson, Senior Director of Corporate Programs and Initiatives.

The re-elected Board Members and their representatives are: AMD - Kalyan Thumaty, Senior Director, Design Engineering; ARM - Dr. John Goodenough, Vice President, Design Technology and Automation; IBM - Dr. Leon Stok, Vice President, Electronic Design Automation Technologies; Intel - Rahul Goyal, Vice President, Technology and Manufacturing Group and Director, EDA Business; Mentor Graphics - Pravin Madhani, General Manager, Place and Route Division; Qualcomm - Nick Yu, Vice President of Engineering, CDMA Technologies Division; and STMicroelectronics - Philippe Magarshack, Executive Vice President, Design Enablement and Services.
