The transaction furthers the Company’s transition into the booming 3D printing sector that has a projected market growth of 500 percent within the next five years.

The acquisition of SumLin Technologies, which specializes in developing innovative concepts to personalize 3D printing for the consumer end user, is a major coup for CHGT.
