CycloMedia Technology Providing Highly Accurate Imagery for Esri Canada to Improve Maricopa County’s Appraisal Process

Maricopa, AZ (August 11, 2014) – CycloMedia Technology, a leading provider of large scale Street-Level Imagery, announced that they have been selected as the supplier of Streetfront Imagery for Esri Canada's Assessment Analyst implementation at Maricopa County.

Many property assessment agencies are increasingly using digital street imagery during the re-appraisal process. With CycloMedia’s Cyclorama street imagery combined with Esri Canada’s Assessment Analyst Software, the Maricopa County's Assessors office will be able to remotely view properties.

“The digital photographs will improve the quality of visual data used by county appraisers and allow verification and correction of parcel characteristic discrepancies,” said Tim Boncoskey, Chief Deputy Assessor for Maricopa County.

“CycloMedia enables remote assessment and improves workflows by greater reducing field visits. The county can expect significant time and cost savings by using CycloMedia’s technology. " Said Paul Smith, General Manager of CycloMedia.

The project, which started in July, will run though the end of September. The CycloMedia vehicles equipped with their latestcamera systems will be clearly marked with Maricopa County Assessor Office contact information in case the public has questions about the project.
