Magestic Systems to Debut TruNEST 2015 at FABTECH

October 29, 2014 – Magestic Systems will be exhibiting its latest release of TruNEST at Fabtech 2014.

Visitors to booth #B3047 will see demonstrations of TruNEST 2015 for Laser Cutting, CNC Punching, Plasma Cutting, Waterjet Cutting, and Oxyfuel Torch Cutting.

The next generation of TruNEST introduces a new user interface and enhancements to features like reduced pierce logic, common line cutting, castle cutting, beveling, and data management. As a nesting and NC programing for any size metal and heavy plate manufacturer, TruNEST 2015 has a lot to offer the metalforming and fabrication industry.

TruNEST 2015 is a completely new version of Magestic Systems’ nesting solution and offers a number of improvements to the user interface, architecture, and nesting methods. The existing ODBC-compliant database architecture includes a modern architecture that is lighter and more intuitive to navigate; utilizes a powerful grid that improves the sorting, grouping, and filtering of orders; and streamlines data importing and exporting to minimize downtime due to translation issues.

Magestic Systems will also be demonstrating TruIMAGE and TruLASER View Assembly, technologies designed to help fabricators salvage remnant material from being scrapped and assemble finished products quicker and more accurately. Using TruIMAGE, fabricators can reclaim scrap material of any size and use it in production with just the click of a button. What once was discarded can now be turned into product. TruLASER View Assembly allows fabricators to use laser projection to significantly reduce the amount of manual measurement and labor required to assemble a final product. Project assembly instructions and weldments to locate them on a part and decrease the time it takes for an operator to complete similar tasks.

As a global leader in providing manufacturing solutions, Magestic Systems specializes in material optimization, process improvement, and scalability. With direct offices and a global reseller network in strategic locations, Magestic Systems delivers sheet metal and heavy plate manufacturing solutions to the leading fabricators around the world.
