Forming Technologies Acquires Rand Technologies of Japan

Burlington, ON, CANADA – Jan 7, 2015 – Forming Technologies Inc. (FTI), the world’s leading developer of software for the design, simulation, and costing of sheet metal components, today announces that it has acquired Rand Technologies Japan and created a new company, FTI Rand Japan KK. The company will be located in Tokyo, Japan.
