Oxford, England. January 09, 2015 -- Registrations for the Launch Meeting of the
PLM International Research Foundation now include participation from three continents. Subject to visa clearance, leading researchers from the USA, Canada, South Africa and Europe will meet in Brussels on 27-28 January to discuss the aims, practicalities and structure of international PLM collaboration.
The aim of the PLM-IRF initiative is to provide a global platform for advanced PLM research that will support the future needs of manufacturing around the world.
If the PLM-IRF programme is established, it will be far in advance of anything that currently exists. With the international participation in Brussels, the Launch Meeting will generate the definitive position statement on global PLM research and its benefits for the future capabilities of PLM.
The meeting is open to users, vendors, integrators, consultants and researchers from any country. Registration
is now open, and more information is available via
Email Contact.
