DAQRI 4D Expo to Showcase Cutting-Edge Augmented Reality Solutions for the Enterprise Knowledge Worker

Leaders from Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Autodesk, Huawei, Accenture, Parker Hannifin and More Will Discuss 4D Integrations and Efficiencies in the Workplace

LOS ANGELES — (BUSINESS WIRE) — February 6, 2015DAQRI, the leading enterprise augmented reality company, today announced its second annual 4D Expo, which will take place Feb. 19-20 at DAQRI’s headquarters at Los Angeles Center Studios in downtown Los Angeles. The event will bring together executives from leading Fortune 500 companies, experts in enterprise augmented reality and DAQRI customers to discuss how 4D solutions are being applied across enterprise verticals including aerospace, energy, government, manufacturing, oil and gas, transportation and more.

Attendees will convene for two days to discuss the ways 4D hardware and software are being used on the job, connecting people with contextually-relevant information to create a more informed workforce. Fortune 500 companies have already put this technology to work, optimizing their processes, increasing efficiency, safety and quality all while reducing errors and rework.

“DAQRI is setting the standard in leveraging 4D to create a workforce of instant experts, and 4D Expo is convening leaders from the world’s foremost companies who are already utilizing and seeing the benefits of augmented reality in the enterprise to share their experiences and discuss what’s next,” said DAQRI founder and CEO Brian Mullins. “The next industrial revolution will be led by 4D, and DAQRI’s solutions, including the Smart Helmet and Industrial 4D Studio, are transforming the way work is done.”

In addition to learning how 4D will improve businesses’ bottom line by creating knowledge workers, attendees at 4D Expo will be among the first to engage with DAQRI Smart Helmet, the industry’s first professional-grade human machine interface for the enterprise. Built from the ground up by DAQRI, the Smart Helmet bridges the gap between potential and experience, enhancing human abilities by providing visual work instructions and safety alerts, integrated with the wearer’s real-time environment. Equipped with Intellitrack software, which uses the data from the Smart Helmet’s 360° navigation cameras, sensors and inertial measurement systems, the Helmet tracks work environments even in difficult conditions. In conjunction with DAQRI Industrial 4D Studio, project managers can create custom workflows and directives.

Speakers at 4D Expo include DAQRI customers that are already putting 4D technology to use, as well as industry experts who will discuss the opportunities, challenges and implications of 4D and the future of work. Speakers include:

  • Brian Mullins, founder and CEO, DAQRI
