SAN FRANCISCO — (BUSINESS WIRE) — August 18, 2015 — INTEL DEVELOPER FORUM – Insyde® Software, a leading provider of UEFI BIOS and systems management software, announced a new development initiative for Intel’s Innovation Engine, a new processor and IO subsystem unveiled during the Intel Developer Forum in San Francisco, CA. The Innovation Engine and Insyde’s solutions are targeted at future Intel data center platforms and will give server system-builders many opportunities to innovate and differentiate their products.
Intel representatives will disclose details about the Innovation Engine during an IDF Tech Chat. Included in the discussion are potential use cases for the Innovation Engine, including systems manageability, BIOS assist solutions, and Intel Manageability Engine augmentation for things such as telemetry and trusted boot.
