SALEM, N.H. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — September 9, 2015 — Harwin, the leading hi-rel connector and SMT board hardware manufacturer, is expanding its’ popular 1.27mm pitch Archer M50 portfolio with the addition of new IDC connectors. The Archer family is distinguished in three ways: price, parts are several percentage points more cost-effective than the competition; instant availability, devices are stocked in depth for immediate despatch at Harwin and its distribution channel; and reliability and high quality.
The new dual row Archer connectors that have been added to the existing IDC range are 12, 14 and 16 position connectors. Configurations include PCB mounted ejector headers in both through-hole and SMT format, male IDC DIP transition-style and female IDC socket connectors for use with ribbon cable. Surface mount devices are packaged on tape and reel for easy auto placement.
