Session will focus on enabling "Internet of Things" for Metrology and Manufacturing

Sep 14, 2015 -- Hexagon Metrology today announced it will present at Dreamforce 2015, September 15-18, in San Francisco, CA. Milan Kocic, Business Development Manager of UX and Innovation from Hexagon Metrology, will discuss how the rapidly expanding "Internet of Things" is a part of a proactive customer engagement strategy. Kocic will talk about the integration of Salesforce's newest technology with Hexagon Metrology's IoT offering MMS PULSE running on a 4.5.4 SF CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). He will explain how companies can turn machine and metrology data into actionable insight in real-time. The breakout session entitled "Unlock the Power of Connected Devices and Products with Salesforce.com" is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 11:30am, at the Palace Hotel in the Grand Ballroom Concert.

This engagement will be Hexagon Metrology's second consecutive appearance at the annual Dreamforce event, a perennial favorite for users of Salesforce's CRM platform. In 2014, more than 140,000 participants from 80 countries attended thousands of breakout sessions and demonstrations of live solutions from the world’s largest cloud ecosystem. The event attracts thought leaders, industry pioneers and thousands of peers from small companies to Fortune 500 enterprises.
