CCE’s UIOp Libraries Now Support SOLIDWORKS 2016

Support Added Within 60 Days of CAD Rev Release

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. (Nov. 11, 2015) - CCE, a leading provider in advanced interoperability technology and engineering services, has released an update of its Unified Interop for Parasolid (UIOp) libraries.

“Rapid support of new revisions of CAD systems in our libraries is a hallmark of CCE. We have demonstrated this again with our support for SOLIDWORKS 2016 within 60 days of general availability,” said Vinay Wagle, CCE’s VP of Sales & Marketing.

Besides supporting import of SOLIDWORKS 2016 data, Persistent ID support has also been enhanced in CATIA V5, Creo, and NX translators, which helps increase productivity for ISVs by allowing easier navigation within associative workflows, all the while making the process of updating changes more simple and efficient.

In addition, users can now export to CATIA V5, SOLIDWORKS, NX, and JT, via a unified interface.

Importing and exporting assemblies, with external references, has also been enhanced.
