VeriSilicon Completes Acquisition of Vivante

SANTA CLARA, Calif. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — January 6, 2016 — VeriSilicon Holdings Co., Ltd. (VeriSilicon), a Silicon Platform as a Service (SiPaaSTM) company, today announced that it has successfully closed its previously announced acquisition of Vivante Corporation (Vivante). The all-stock transaction significantly expands VeriSilicon’s robust IP platform for the automotive, IoT, mobility, and consumer markets.
