ThingWorx Capabilities to Help Produce New Vodafone IoT Applications
NEEDHAM, Mass. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — November 10, 2016 — PTC (NASDAQ: PTC) and Vodafone Group (LSE: VOD) today announced that PTC’s ThingWorx® application enablement platform has been chosen by the company to help in the development of new Vodafone Internet of Things (IoT) applications. PTC’s ThingWorx platform includes rapid application enablement functionality, device management, machine learning capabilities, and augmented reality.
Vodafone is the world leader in providing managed IoT connectivity services and offers end to end capabilities for a variety of sectors including automotive, insurance, and manufacturing.
