Jerusalem, Israel – 14 November, 2016 - Inomize and Verisense today announced that they are at the final stages of entering into a definitive equity merger agreement under which Inomize and Verisense, both Israeli-based ASIC Design Houses will create a leading worldwide company providing ASIC, FPGA, and system design services to a broad base of customers.

The merged company will be called Inomize while keeping Verisense brand name as an independent business unit, and will continue to operate two design centers in Jerusalem and Netanya.
