DiK investigates Elysium Technology to Support the Industrie 4.0 in the German Academia

HAMAMATSU, Japan—Dec. 21, 2016—Elysium, a global leading interoperability solution provider, announces the partnership with the Department of Computer Integrated Design (DiK) at Technische Universität Darmstadt (hereafter “TU Darmstadt”).

TU Darmstadt is a university in Germany which is prestigious for its high expertise in engineering, and DiK, led by Prof. Dr.-Ing. R. Anderl, focuses on the research on digital engineering—development of methods and tools for CAD / PLM systems.

TU Darmstadt and Elysium partner to launch a project to study “Interoperability in Industrie 4.0.” TU Darmstadt is going to analyze the application of Elysium technology to Industrie 4.0, specifically aiming to develop new methods and tools to support Industrie 4.0 technologies such as cyber-physical systems (CPS) and Internet technologies.
