This approval allows for shorter certification and design time, enabling easier, faster and cheaper integration into IoT devices on Verizon’s LTE Cat-M1 network.

GCT’s GDM7243i is a fully integrated multimode and feature-rich Cat-M1 baseband + RF chip that supports Verizon’s Cat-M1 network. This multi-band solution also supports an additional 15 other LTE bands, thus allowing for a maximum range of commercial device market deployment possibilities.
