The current building that houses the Brockton Hospital School of Nursing dates back to 1897; the original, 122-year-old building has no further capacity for growth or expansion. The new school, which will be built on Adams Street (across from the School of Nursing parking lot and close to the location of the current school), will include key improvements identified by students and faculty, such as a state-of-the-art simulation program, a modern Student Success Center, and improved wireless technology and learning access. Special attention will be placed on preserving the legacy of the Brockton Hospital School of Nursing and honoring those who have made it possible.
