Optomec Appoints Former Stratasys Executive as General Manager for Asia Pacific Operations

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — December 19, 2019 — Optomec, a leading global supplier of production grade additive manufacturing systems for 3D Printed Metals and 3D Printed Electronics today announced that Alex Hodik has assumed responsibilities in the position of General Manager, Asia Pacific for Optomec.

For the past 14 years, Alex has been helping leading manufacturers improve their performance with Additive Manufacturing in the Asia-Pacific Region. Before joining Optomec, Alex served as the General Manager for BigRep Asia Pacific. Prior to that, Alex held different roles at Stratasys, including Territory Manager ANZ & Thailand, regional Customer Support management, and Applications management. Alex has developed wide-ranging expertise in a variety of Additive Manufacturing technologies and has earned a reputation for diligently supporting his customers in their quest to lower cost and improve quality with additive technology.
