Maptuit and SiriCOMM Announce Strategic Initiative to Support Trucking Industry

Maptuit’s FleetNav Express to be Available Through SiriCOMM Network

Burlington, MA, July 20, 2005 – Maptuit Corporation, the leading provider of trucking, tracking and traffic services, together with SiriCOMM, Inc. (OTC BB: SIRC), a nationwide broadband wireless software and network company serving the commercial transportation industry and government market, today announced SiriCOMM will offer Maptuit’s online routing solution for Owner Operators and small fleets, FleetNav™ Express, over SiriCOMM’s Wi-Fi network as a reseller. FleetNav Express will be available in August of 2005.

“Offering an application such as Maptuit’s FleetNav Express to truck drivers through SiriCOMM’s Wi-Fi service is the cornerstone of our long-term vision,” stated Hank Hoffman, SiriCOMM president and CEO. “We are committed to providing a Wi-Fi network that provides access to applications and content that will help drivers stay productive while they are on the road.”

This announcement reinforces SiriCOMM’s strategy to market its network access to business partners that service the transportation industry. With a nationwide network that will grow to over 1,000 hotspots, the ubiquity of SiriCOMM’s network will aid in expanding the reach of the FleetNav Express web-based truck routing service to hundreds of thousands of professional drivers.

Maptuit’s FleetNav Express will offer the Owner Operator a powerful online and mobile phone solution to create accurate directions and optimized fuel plans for single-point or multi-point routes on truck-designated roads. FleetNav Express will be made available later this year.

“Through a network such as SiriCOMM’s, we will have our new online truck routing solution available to truck drivers where and when they need it – online when they are at truckstops,” said Jeff Papows, Maptuit CEO. “By accessing FleetNav Express through such a network, drivers will have access to the directions and routes they need to get to their customer safely, and on-time.”
