European Space Imaging (EUSI) and its partner Maxar collected new satellite imagery that shows the aftermath of flooding and storm damage in the northern region of Emilia-Romagna, Italy. An extensive amount of silt and mud can be seen covering the streets and fields along the Lamone River in Faenza and the Montone River in Forli while recovery and construction crews are busy working on cleaning streets and removing storm debris from the floods. Additionally, farms, vineyards and fields near the cities remain partially flooded and covered in mud. In the link provided below, you can download a gallery of images that show the area before/after the floods (note that there is no “before” image provided of Forli). Please let us know if you have any questions about the images.
