This strategic alliance positions both companies at the forefront of innovation in the geospatial and engineering industries and strengthens their ability to provide comprehensive inventory management solutions to their clients.

DJ&A has a 50-year reputation of excellence in providing clients with comprehensive engineering and related professional services, while WSG is a leader in the development of technology solutions to solve data collection, management, and analysis challenges. By combining their complementary capabilities, the merged entity aims to deliver a full suite of end-to-end solutions that address the evolving needs of clients in today's ever-changing asset management landscape.

Under this merger, finalized on July 3, 2023, WSG will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of DJ&A under its current name, with current president, Jim Schriever, remaining in his leadership position. All current WSG employees will remain in their positions.
