Bird has more than 17 years of successful business development experience across all phases of government business capture management. Most recently, he served as director of civilian programs for Pragmatics, Inc. where he was responsible for new business development and strategy. Bird, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), has held a number of management positions throughout his career at companies including Communication Technologies, Inc., Viaken Systems (acquired by Apex Digital Systems), Janssen Pharmaceutica and Marriott.
