Kris brings with her over 16 years of experience in the RF/Microwave Design and EDA software industry with experience in design, customer support, application engineering, training development and delivery, project management, AE and business management.

Kris graduated with honors from The University of Florida in 1991, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Her career started at Motorola SPS in the distinguished Engineering Rotational Program, which ultimately led her to take a position with Cadence Design Systems. In the fall of 2000, Kris was recommended for and completed The Institute of Managerial Leadership at The University of Texas at Austin.
