Program offers faculty online access to Prolog to reinforce construction project management concepts presented in the classroom

FOLSOM, Calif. (March 24, 2009) - Meridian Systems, the Plan-Build-Operate technology solutions leader for project-based organizations, announced today its new On-Campus program, an online university training program for Prolog® software. Qualified universities with construction management programs will receive full access to ProjectTalk, the on demand version of Prolog - the industry leading construction project management software. ProjectTalk provides robust project management and collaboration functionality in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.

The Meridian On-Campus program is designed to foster the next generation of construction professionals by offering access to the technology behind the methods and concepts taught in class. By participating in this program, students can enter the workforce ahead of the curve and be able to discuss and evangelize the role technology plays in construction projects and programs.

The On-Campus program consists of three tiers - Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced. All tiers offer full online access to Prolog software, training and educational materials and an invitation to meet with an Education Consultant to walk through the Prolog demonstration and business value statements. The Intermediate and Advanced levels will also include a shared portfolio of sample projects to use in real-life scenarios in the classroom. The Advanced level will include private portfolios, on-going support from the Meridian Systems Education Team, 90 days of technical support and more.
