Rolta OnPoint™ 6.3.1 features include:

Support for High-Performance Dynamic Map Publishing
With the recent release of ArcGIS Server® 9.3.1, ESRI® has raised the bar in terms of dynamic and cached web map services. OnPoint 6.3.1 supports the new fast map (.msd file) introduced with ArcGIS Server 9.3.1, which greatly increases rendering speed to create map caches for basemaps. OnPoint 6.3.1 users who rely on dynamic Web mapping or combined dynamic and cached maps on the web will greatly benefit, in that they will not have to sacrifice better-looking maps in order to speed up map services.

CartoPrint
CartoPrint is the next generation of the OnPoint print extension that provides support for ArcGIS Server 9.3.1. With CartoPrint, OnPoint web-GIS application users are given the ability to produce Cartographic quality printing of maps and map series, batch production of cartographic maps, and URL setup process for retrieval and download of cartographic-quality maps over the internet.

Attribute Table Viewer and Charting
OnPoint web-GIS application users can now view attribute data associated with any layer. OnPoint administrators decide which layer’s attributes can be viewed by which of their users. With charting, OnPoint web-GIS application users can create charts from data they access on the attribute viewer (licensed separately), selection lists or search results. Users can specify display and formatting properties for the type of chart they want to view. OnPoint administrators decide the layers on which charting is available. As before, the administrator is able to do this through simple configuration parameters, and does not need any programming help.

A More Intuitive and Productive End User Experience
Web-GIS applications deployed with OnPoint 6.3.1 support more intuitive and productive end user experiences. This latest release offers a new Web-GIS application skin that features a number of impactful interaction design changes, such as an enhanced work surface layout, dynamic map resizing, more meaningful toolbar icons and tool tips, as well as access to online help resources. OnPoint’s interaction design aims to bring users rapidly up to speed, thus minimizing the learning curve and shortening the path to productivity.
